MIXED MESSAGES WITH CUSTOMER SUPPORT

While the sign is a nice quality, I submitted custom artwork and they changed it from men's swimtrucks (looks like shorts) to something that looks like men's white underwear. I asked for a proof as I ordered weeks before it is needed, but they shipped without me seeing a proof. When I reached out to customer service through the chat, Nathan was extremely helpful and sent me the regular customer service email assuring me it would be replaced. However, Luis from customer service says I'm out of luck and that I didn't request a proof and never acknowledged they changed my submitted artwork. Luis did say he would offer me a discount to re-order it. I finally asked for a manager to reach out to me as I have screenshots of my order and am extremely frustrated; but I haven't hear anything since I asked for someone to reach out to me. RUN AWAY AND USE SOMEONE ELSE!!!
