Sign is fine, customer service - not so much

The sign itself is fine, but actually GETTING it was such a hassle that I've lowered my rating to 3 stars. We've ordered many times from this company, but I don't know if I will again after the latest order problems. I ordered on 5/2/17, and just got it (OVER one month later). The company said they never received the check we sent (no problem, it happens). But they never notified us, so we were waiting for weeks for it. Finally in mid-May we paid via PayPal and it didn't ship until June 1st. We contacted customer service multiple times asking for tracking numbers, but the response was not helpful at all, and they provided several incorrect tracking numbers before sending the correct one. Glad we have the sign now, and it's fine, but the whole process was VERY frustrating!
